Details of the introduction
Socket flange (referred to as SW flange), bearing the basic shape inserted flange hubbed flange with the same, namely in the inner hole of the flange provided with a bearing hole, pipe is inserted into the bearing hole of internal welding, welding seam in the back surface of the flange ring, the socket flange and there is a gap between the Cao. Easy to produce corrosion, if a crack inside welding can avoid the corrosion. Both the inside and outside of the socket welding flange, the fatigue strength than the flange 5% and the static strength of the same. When the socket flange is used, the inner diameter of the socket is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe. Socket flange is only suitable for pipeline with nominal diameter of 150 or less.
